Information we process

Skulora processes account details, uploaded reports, product cost entries, operating expenses and messages you submit. Supabase handles authentication, including your chosen sign-in provider. Do not send passwords or payment-card details through our contact form.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide workspace reports, maintain accounts, respond to requests and operate and secure the service. Uploaded files are processed on our backend, not exclusively on your device.

Service providers

The website uses Vercel, backend processing uses Railway, and authentication and database services use Supabase. Product-image lookup may send an ASIN or product title to the configured search provider. Paddle handles payment information for purchases through Paddle. Skulora receives subscription and transaction references, not full payment-card numbers.

Retention and your requests

We retain information to operate the service and meet applicable obligations. Deleting report history does not necessarily delete your account or backups. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion and confirm the scope and timing.

Browser storage and international processing

Browser storage supports sign-in and preferences. Service providers may process data outside your country. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your account.
